So I woke up feeling good about the fact that the sun was shining and me and Ant had the day off together whilst everyone else was at work muaha!
I up got up, walked to the gym and did another weights class.
I then called Antony on my walk home and we discussed our day plans.. he was getting up and getting a bath. He was rushing as he really wanted to get out in the sunshine asap.
I got to my friend's house to feed his cats and make sure the house was looking nice and they were coming home in a couple days.
He has a hot tub and I needed to add a tablet to it to make sure it was clean for his return, this was fine.. until I realised I couldn't put the lid back on the hot tub by myself!
I had a proper little stress because I just wanted to go and enjoy my day off! So I stropped home, annoyed I couldn't do it by myself, even though it was really light! It was the size, if I pushed one side up the other would then fall off.. grr..
I popped to a shop and bought stuff for breakfast, got home and had a quick shower.
Me and Ant went back and sorted the hot tub as I kept worrying about it.. as per. Such a worrier!
We got home, had a ham and spring onion omelette and rushed out. We popped into Waitrose and got some picnic supplies.
We then headed to Virgina Water. After Ant took the wrong turn 2 or 3 times (even though it's right by our house and we've been there many times!) we finally parked up and walked through.
We walked around for a little while feeling happy and relaxed.
We sat down on a blanket by the water and fed the duckies. We had our lunch and chilled out for a bit, it was so nice!
Apart from the bugs and insects I kept finding on the blanket or me!! I hate them so so much.
Ant absolutely loves to wind me up so found it hilarious every time I got up screaming like a little girl. We always end up having a little jokey argument and play fighting, does make me laugh loads.
After laying around being lazy and taking selfies, we decided to go for a walk.
We ended up walking around the whole of Virgina Water.. it was probably around 2 hours walk which was really nice. We chatted about loads, mainly about future plans and how much we enjoyed Arcadia/Fabric but also wanted to have a healthy life too!
So we're planning to start housey stuff and Ant's coming back to the gym. Adult life..
So after our long walk, we were feeling tired. We'd had such a nice day in the sunshine together, but it was around 5pm now and so we headed home for some chill time before work tomorrow.
I made us a bacon, sweet potato and squash stew and it was really yummy! To be fair, I say I made it, Ant helped a lot! Sometimes I don't give him enough credit! Sorry Ant.. not that you'll ever read this.
So, we had dinner, had a slob and a cuddle on the sofa before going to bed.
Work tomorrow, booo!
