Another weekend

Again.. I'm sorry but I can't be bothered to go through the week because I know nothing exciting happened really.. it was work.. gym.. life you know!

So the weekend we just had.. and then I'm gonna try and keep on top of this blog again! For future me/my mum will be mad.

So Friday me and Ant took a half day so we could do some gardening and prepare ourselves for the work that's starting on our garden/mancave soon.

So we left work, went to Sainsburys and Homebase and got all the supplies we needed. We then went to Subway and stuffed out mfckin faces! We seriously need to start eating better.. I say we.. I mean me.. I have been so awful lately just eating anything in sight!

So we finished eating and headed home to crack on.

I must say we took a 10 min break as we were so full. Then we got started on moving bricks to the back of the garage, moving the big plant pots of random stuff that had been left by previous owners. We hedge trimmed, erm.. I can't even remember. Oh, Antony cut up all the old decking and I moved it out back.. Why am I so bad at remembering things that happened 3 days ago!

But we did do quite a lot and I'm proud of us.. we then got clean and sat down to chill.

I'd defrosted a chicken jalfrezi I'd previously cooked and I thought it was bloody delicious if I do say so myself! Ant liked it but I don't think he's quite as in love with curry as I am.

Then we chilled for the night with a couple drinks but not too much as we had to work hard again tomorrow..

And wow, we were in for a shock at how much work was involved in Saturday!

Footie!

So again.. I am catching up.

I don't remember much about the week.. work and gym most likely!

The weekend, me and Ant did our usual chill on the Friday night. Watch tv and relax, ready for the carnage that is Saturday..

Saturday was frigging awesome! It was the first time I've ever got into a football game. The world cup is on and weirdly (I think?) England have been doing well.

So Saturday, we headed to the pub to watch the football. The sun was shining and it was an exciting day. I just love day drinking with lots of people tbh haha!

We got there and the car park was packed and we soon discovered that so was the pub. You couldnt see the tv screens or get to the bar or even breathe to be honest, especially in the heat. We sat outside with a drink eventually and ended up watching on Ant's phone.

We decided to move to the next pub up as we had friend's there and they said it was much better. As soon as we got up and walked out, England scored!! We ended up running back into the pub to cheer and get involved.

We walked up to the next pub via the air-conned shop which also had the footie on.

The next pub was much better! Bigger, more room and we stood by the door for the breeze. There were also loads of people we knew there!

It was such a fun day in the sun, catching up, cheering on the football and having a good laugh. Us girls were all chatty then would randomly give it a 'Come on England!' and 'It's coming home' is said 500x a day these days too. It's so fun!

England is such a positive place to live these days. Everyone's buzzing!

We ended up leaving the pub after the football and getting booze from the shop and sitting in a massive group in the nearby park. Why not ey!

So we sat, drank, chatted and sunbathed for the rest of the day. So beaut.

It got darker and we ended up back at ours with a few people, we continued the party until stupid o'clock.

Here's some drunken pictures from the fun day out.

Sunday.. we did nothing!! Oh.. actually, Sunday was HELL!

We were both tired and slightly hungover but worst of all is that our little Sooty cat was missing all day. We went out so many times looking for him, he's so nervous and so it was pretty pointless because we knew he wouldn't come out for anyone.. not even us.

We went to neighbours and on Facebook.. I know it could be extreme as it was only 1 day but he's really special.. if you know what I mean. And our kitties hardly go farther than the garden.

Anyway, after a day of pure depression at the thought of him never returning or him just not being okay (It was SO hot, he surely needed water).

He came running in around 9:15pm, and omg my heart was RACING. So relieved!! He was fine, nothing noticeably wrong with him at all. Covered in cobwebs so must have been in a garage or something like that I assume.

He was clearly starving though as he munched and munched loads of food. When he was eventually done eating we made sure we gave him loads and loads of sooty stroke and attention. I never want to let them out again!

I had a baby!

So I have finally had my little baby girl and I could not be happier. She is absolutely perfect and I am totally totally in love. So I tho...
