This morning I woke up early which is annoying but felt I slept well apart from being woken up in the middle of the night with a chest pain. I tried to take deep breaths to make it go but it just wouldn’t and I was obviously half asleep so just ended up drifting off again. Couldn’t have been that bad!
So I got up at about 7 and sorted my cats out and got into my gym gear.
I headed to my friends house, fed his cats and went to the gym. I was early for my class so did a quick set of weighted squats and lunges. (30 kg, 8 pulse squats 8 lunches on each leg 3x just in case anyone cares)
Then I went off to the circuits class. Oh my, it was so hard! I wanted it to end like twice and it just wouldn’t haha.
I do love when the classes are hard but not always at the time.
I burnt 426 calories so it was only right I then came home and had a bacon sandwich (and I wonder why I am putting on weight..!)
I then did the house work, moaned at Antony for never helping till he helped and then made banana and peacan bread. I’ve made this before and it was really yummy!
I really don’t enjoy baking, I like cooking but as we had left over bananas, I thought what the hell.
I’m now in the bath chilling and when I get out will see how the bread is doing & post a pic, if I’ve not burnt it!
I’m gonna paint my nails and get myself ready to go to top golf and pub later tonight.
I’m also going to sit in the sunshine as it’s another beaut day again! Need to hurry though in case the sun goes in!
