My week

I can sum Tuesday up reaaal quick.. wake up, go to work, go to the gym and do a leg set, go back to work, head home, make food, wash, eat, bed..

Honestly nothing new or exciting to report! 

Wednesday was pretty much the same, wake up, go to work, but this time I had a lunch break with Ant. We sat by the river and ate our salads which we hugely enjoyed! I'm not even sure how healthy they are to be honest.. flavoured chicken breast which is literally just a herby mix I coat the chicken in and cook.. then lettuce, sauce (LOTS for me), onion, carrot shavings, little bit of pasta, jalapenos, gherkins, beetroot.. croutons for Ant. And bosh, there's our salad.

It's bloody delicious, hence why I'm questioning whether it's actually healthy! 

The other one we have is lettuce, sauce, lil bit of pasta, onion, boiled egg slices and ham. Bosh again. 

See, that's how unexciting my posts are getting.. I'm sat here fully describing my salads.. oh dear.

So anyway, lunch was beaut. I went to quick gym after work and we headed home to chill, as usual.

Thursday, I woke up.. a little grumpy as my body is just going through some shit and it's getting me down.. I can't seem to sort it out. So I woke up and went to the doctors, who were pretty unhelpful to be honest. They recommended putting me on the pill which I don't trust and have had bad experiences with. 

So anyway, after moaning to my manager she's recommended going to a proper clinic and so I've booked an appointment there. My manager is literally like a bestie/mum to me all at the same time. 

At lunch, I met Ant and we went and got a coffee, both had a wee moan and a chill, it was nice. 

Tonight, I was supposed to go to a class called Ladies that Lift but I just don't have the energy/motivation so I've cancelled and booked for next week. This is something I really want to get involved in! I love weights/lifting and I want to do it more more more.. just not tonight.. I just want to go home and eat/bath/chill to be honest.. 

That's another thing bothering me, I'm either not eating at all unless my stomach growls at me for being hungry.. or eating EVERYTHING and then feeling really bad about it. 

All appetite or no appetite. 

Loads of energy or no energy.

Anyone fancy giving me a happy medium?
